New Complexities, New Dance Steps

The title of a book which examines the mechanics of paradigm change in the last quarter of the 20th Century. In it, the 'negative spaces' between art movements become as important as the movements themselves. It also examines the changing paradigms within the period including the rise of art fairs, jet travel, and contemporary art magazines such as Flash Art, Artscribe (International), and Artforum.
